$200

INVESTMENT + FAQ
Therapy is personal. The practical details shouldn't be difficult to understand. Here you'll find straightforward information about fees, private-pay care, telehealth, scheduling, and what to expect when beginning therapy with The Prem Practice.
PRIVATE-PAY PRACTICE
The Prem Practice operates as a private-pay practice. This allows treatment decisions to remain centered on your clinical needs and goals rather than insurance authorization requirements.
Payment is made directly to the practice. If you have out-of-network benefits, a superbill may be provided upon request after payment in full for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and cannot be guaranteed by the practice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Prem Practice is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is made directly to the practice for services provided.
If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, a superbill may be provided upon request after your session has been paid in full. A superbill includes information your insurer may require, including service and diagnostic codes when applicable. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan and cannot be guaranteed.
Sessions are provided by secure telehealth. You can attend from a private location using a compatible device and reliable internet connection. Connection details and practice procedures are provided before your appointment.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where Prem is authorized to practice at the time of the session. Your physical location—not your home address or permanent residence—determines whether a session can legally take place.
Please let the practice know in advance if you expect to be outside your usual state at the time of an appointment. Whether the session can proceed depends on the laws and professional requirements of the location where you will physically be during the session.
At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are charged the full scheduled session fee. Emergencies and pre-arranged exceptions may be considered when clinically appropriate.
The complimentary 15-minute consultation is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask practical questions, and consider whether the practice may be a good fit. It is not a psychotherapy session or a substitute for emergency or clinical care.
Not always. Telehealth works well for many people, but clinical needs, privacy, technology, safety considerations, or the level of support required may make another setting more appropriate. Fit can be discussed during the consultation and reassessed as treatment progresses.
BEGINNING
If the approach feels right and the practical pieces make sense, the next step is simply a conversation.
