Consultation
We briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, practical questions, and whether the practice appears to be an appropriate fit.
BEGIN HERE
If you're considering therapy, the first step is simply a brief conversation. You can ask questions, tell me a little about what brings you here, and decide whether The Prem Practice feels like the right place to begin.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation is complimentary and lasts 15 minutes. It is an opportunity to briefly discuss what you're looking for, ask practical questions, and determine whether working together may be a good fit.
Use the secure scheduling button below to request your consultation through the practice's SimplePractice client portal. Clinical or sensitive information should not be submitted through ordinary website forms or unsecured email.

01
We briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, practical questions, and whether the practice appears to be an appropriate fit.
02
If you decide to proceed, required forms and clinical information are completed through the practice's secure system rather than through this public website.
03
We begin with the concerns that matter most now, while making room for the larger context and patterns that may become important as the work develops.
TELEHEALTH + LOCATION
Psychotherapy is provided by telehealth. At the time of each session, you must be physically located in a jurisdiction where Prem is authorized to practice.
If you will be traveling or temporarily located somewhere different, please discuss that with the practice before your appointment so we can determine whether the session can legally proceed.
URGENT + CRISIS SUPPORT
PLEASE NOTE: This website and private practice are structured exclusively for scheduled, outpatient mental health services and are not equipped to manage immediate clinical emergencies.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening mental health crisis or require immediate protection, please call or text 988 immediately to reach the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, dial 911, or proceed directly to your nearest hospital emergency room.
988 is a United States crisis resource. If you are outside the United States, contact the emergency or crisis service available in your current location.
THE FIRST STEP
We need enough to decide whether this is the right place to start.
